This contract governs rights responsibilities both parties respect European Journal of Current Legal Issues.

This contract entered into European Journal of Current Legal Issues (hereinafter referred “Journal”), undersigned party (hereinafter referred “Author”).

WHEREAS, the Journal seeks to publish scholarly articles and research in the field of current legal issues;

AND WHEREAS, the Author wishes to submit their work for publication in the Journal;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements set forth herein, the parties agree as follows:

Article I: Scope of Work

The Author shall submit an original, unpublished manuscript for consideration by the Journal. The Journal reserves the right to review, edit, and publish the Author`s work in accordance with the Journal`s publication policies and standards.

Article II: Term and Termination

This contract shall commence upon the date of submission of the Author`s manuscript and shall remain in effect until the Journal has completed the publication process and the Author`s work has been published. Either party may terminate this contract in the event of a material breach or default by the other party.

Article III: Intellectual Property

The Author retains the copyright and all other intellectual property rights to their work. The Journal shall have the right to publish, reproduce, distribute, and license the Author`s work for the purpose of promoting and disseminating scholarly research in the field of legal issues.

Article IV: Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of their engagement under this contract.

Article V: Representation and Warranties

The Author represents and warrants that their work is original, has not been previously published, and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Article VI: Indemnification

The Author shall indemnify and hold harmless the Journal from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the publication of the Author`s work, including but not limited to claims of plagiarism, defamation, or infringement of intellectual property rights.

Article VII: Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this contract shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.

Article VIII: Amendment and Modification

This contract may only be amended or modified by a written agreement signed by both parties.

Article IX: General Provisions

This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
